San-It-Wise is a locally owned and operated small business that will give you the personalized service that you deserve. The company will customize sanitizing packages for you home or business and be very flexible with scheduling options including evening and weekend services.

San-It-Wise utilizes ULV micro-fogging and Electrostatic spraying for the majority of the homes and businesses they service. We do also provide a completely dry service that uses a UV-C light. This service is perfect for mattresses, carpet, or upholstery.

Since San-It-Wise is a small business it does not have all the overhead that the large sanitizing companies have. This allows San-It-Wise to be VERY cost competitive. San-It-Wise does not have outrageous minimum sq footage requirements and will not charge trip charges for the Lake Keowee Area (Seneca, West Union, Westminster, Walhalla, Salem).

San-It-Wise uses a non-toxic, fragrance free, chemical that clings to surfaces killing germs, bacteria, viruses, odors, allergens, mold and mildew. This bleach free hospital grade disinfectant is EPA registered, NSF certified, and completely safe for people, pets, and plants.
